With over 30,000 members, the German Chemical Society (GDCh) is one of the largest scientific chemical societies in the world. In conjunction with the Food Chemists’ Society, it organises the German Food Chemists’ Day – the most important annual meeting of food chemists in Germany. More than 500 scientists from the worlds of management, the authorities, commercial laboratories, universities and other research institutes met in Münster from 10 to 12 September 2012 in order to present and discuss the further development of their discipline in lectures and posters. The Institut Kirchhoff participated in this event by contributing several posters, as indeed it does every year.
The posters can be found in our download area, ready for you to download.
