In essence, the Institut Kirchhoff Berlin GmbH’s internal quality assurance comprises the quality components personnel qualification, method validation, equipment qualification, control chart technology, internal audits and plausibility checks.
Every employee must be qualified for his or her duties. This is the only way to guarantee the quality of our work. In order to guarantee this, training plans are created for every single one of the institute’s employees, and the results are documented. In order to ensure our knowledge always represents the current state of scientific developments, and to be able to expand it where necessary, as well as to develop new areas of work and analysis, those working for the Institut Kirchhoff Berlin GmbH take part in internal and external training measures.
The inspection methods used at the Institut Kirchhoff Berlin GmbH are subject to a method validation whose scope is based on the application and method type (standardised, modified standardised or in-house procedure).
Equipment qualification is of the utmost importance for ensuring correct analysis results. Equipment qualification (EQ) is an umbrella term for those qualification phases in which the suitability of an instrument for a determined purpose is guaranteed.
